Curious about leading breathwork?

Hi Reader,

I wanted to pop into your inbox a little differently this week.

Normally I’m sharing a weekly blog post, but this is the week I'm in the salon. I have barely opened laptop because my energy has been focused on hair, conversations in the chair, and being fully present there.

So this is me giving myself permission to not do all the things all the time — and to not beat myself up for it because I’m human. And right now, this is where my energy is meant to be. There will be a blog post next week 😉

That said… there is something I really do wanted to share with you today...my breathwork training

When I first found breathwork, I didn’t know exactly where it would lead — I just knew that when I was in sessions led by Jason and Maura from Revelation Breathwork, my body felt safe in a way it hadn’t before. There was a groundedness and a sense of being truly held that felt different than other sessions I had experienced.

That safety changed everything for me.

I went into their training thinking it would be about learning how to lead breathwork sessions. And yes, it absolutely is that — but it was also so much more. It became a deep journey of self-understanding, healing, and integration. I had the opportunity to work 1:1 with Dr. Maura for a few months after my training, and honestly… my entire life shifted and I am so grateful for it all.

I think differently now. I understand myself more deeply. I experienced true safety in my body for the first time — and from there, I’ve been able to build and cultivate that safety in all areas of my life and in how I hold space for others.

So I wanted you to know that Revelation is hosting a free live webinar:

Sunday, February 15th3–5pm EST

It’s for anyone who feels called to deepen their own self-work or who has a desire to support others through nervous-system-based, somatic work. It’s not just a conversation about breathwork — you’ll actually experience a live Revelation Breathwork session during the webinar, so you can feel the work in your own body.

If I were sitting across from you with a coffee and you were unsure, I’d probably ask you to close your eyes, take a deep breath, and listen inward. If there’s even a small nudge… a quiet yes… I’d encourage you to trust that. Your body always knows.

If this resonates, you can learn more and save your spot here: CLICK HERE
(If they ask how you found the webinar, mention my name)

This is where I did my breathwork training (and I am an affiliate now), but I’m sharing it because it genuinely changed my life and how I approach this work. If it’s something you’re curious about, this webinar is a really good place to start.

All my best,
Haley

Reader, I didn’t write a blog post last week. Could I have? Absolutely.Do I have one ready to go? Yep.Could I have scheduled one in advance and checked the box? Also yes. But it didn’t feel aligned for me. Something I’ve noticed about the way I like to share is that most of my content comes from what I’m experiencing in the moment. When I try to force it ahead of time just to stay “consistent,” it starts to feel less real. Less connected. And last week, I was in the salon a lot. New salon...

Hi Reader, Do you ever wake up and feel like your mind is already running ahead of you?Last week, this came up more than once in client conversations and I knew I needed to share it with you too. I wrote a blog post about this practice because it's supportive, especially from a nervous system and subconscious perspective. I share why it works, how I suggest doing it in a way that feels gentle and doable, and what to expect when resistance shows up because let's be real, sometimes it does. If...

Hi Reader, Have you ever wanted something deeply… and still found yourself hesitating or pulling back? You know what you want, you feel mentally ready, but then something inside you slows things down. You pause. You question. You wait...then nothing happens. We usually call that self-sabotage. But what if we look at it differently so that we can actually accomplish the things that we want. I wrote a new blog post exploring the difference between self-sabotage and protection and why your...
